Call for Applications

2020 International Society for Political Psychology Summer Academy

The ISPP Summer Academy is currently accepting applications for their annual three-day workshop held prior to the annual ISPP meeting. The 2020 Summer Academy will take place July 11th – July 13th, 2020 in Berlin, Germany at the Maritim Hotel. The Summer Academy aims to train interested faculty and students in both foundational research and cutting-edge methodologies in the area of political psychology. The Summer Academy’s central objective is to spread interest and promote training in political psychology around the world.

The 2020 Summer Academy will feature 8 lectures and several Q&A sessions with prominent political psychologists from around the world. This year’s instructors are: Molly Andrews, Erin Cassese, Johanna Dunaway, Kevin Durrheim, George E. Marcus, Rune Slothuus, and Nick Wheeler.

Summer Academy Fellows will also receive membership in ISPP for one year, and a 50% discount on registration for the 2020 ISPP Annual Meeting, which is already calculated in the registration prices paid for the Summer Academy.

To receive full consideration, please submit your application materials by 12PM EST on February 15th, 2020.  Applications received after this date may not be considered.
