I am looking for two postdoctoral researchers (both 4 years) for my research project "WarEffects - Micro-Level Effects of Civil Wars on Multiple Dimensions of Women's Empowerment" (www.wareffects.eu<http://www.wareffects.eu>), which is funded by the European Research Council (2022-2027).

If you or anyone you know are interested in armed conflicts and its impact on women's empowerment and gender relations and like to combine field research with quantitative micro-level methods, feel free to contact me for further information.
